Return Policy

We offer 14-day returns on all non-personalised items. Cancellation requests for non-personalised orders are accepted before your order has been dispatched.

Personalised items are made especially for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or there’s any issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make it right.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return), we’ll refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days using your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
